When I booked my first PT session with Kev, I have to admit I felt quite nervous as I knew my fitness levels were poor and I was a little anxious about what kind of awful things he would have me doing. I shouldn't have worried. He immediately put me at ease with his enthusiasm and easy going nature. He told me about himself and why he likes to train then asked me about my goals and what I wanted to achieve. He took everything I wanted on board and now finally, with Kev's support, dedication and encouragement I am feeling happy in my own skin, having lost a stone and a half and dropping 2 dress sizes. Each session is tough and challenging, but that is what I want. Kev's banter and Irish charm make the sessions fun too. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending him to anyone, even though he does make me do burpees!!
